When suggesting an action to contributors, you can define the default status of the contribution:
Pending: Points are on hold until validation.
Accepted: Points are awarded immediately.
If an action requires review before allocating points or badges, you can set it as "Pending." Once reviewed, it will be considered for the leaderboard and rewards.
As a Program Owner, reviewing contributions helps to:
Detect errors or fraud.
Reject previously accepted contributions if necessary.
Once rewards are sent, Accepted or Rejected contributions cannot be reviewed.
Only Pending contributions can be updated since they have not been considered for payment yet.
For each manually submitted contribution, you can:
Access the 3-dots menu.
Approve / Reject / Put the contribution On Hold (Pending).
Tip: Use the Contributions Review App to review all contributions (manual and automatic).
π Access your Appcenter
From there, you can find the Contributions Review App.
As a Program Owner, you will have access to all the programs you manage.
For each contribution, you can:
Click to access the contribution or program.
View participant details and submission date.
Check the current status:
If an action is canceled, a "-" is displayed. Hover over it to see more details.
For already reviewed actions, you can see who reviewed them.
Update the current status.
Each time you approve or reject a contribution, the contributor is notified. Tip: When rejecting a contribution, include a comment whenever possible.
Hover over an action, participant, or program, and click the search icon to filter by the item.
Use the advanced filters in the app to refine your search.
π‘ Additional Notes
Pending actions are not considered in the leaderboard or rewards.
Accepted contributions will be included in the rewarding period during which they were accepted.
