🔏Updating Your Password

You have set a password, and you want to change it or you have lost it. Follow these guidelines

❓To change your password

👉 Go to your user settings

• Log in

• Access your settings

• Confirm your current password

• Save your new password

❓Forgot your password?

👉 Request a password reset

• From the login page, request a password reset

• Provide the email address associated with your account

• Click on the link in the email you receive (Check your spam/junk folder)

💡 Note

• If you enter the wrong password multiple times, your access will be blocked after a few attempts.

• Tou'll need to wait for some time before trying again.
